Are radical Islamist de-radicalization programs just "smoke and mirrors?- We want your views! Under pressure to tackle home-grown jihadism, the French government is opening a string of rehabilitation centers to combat Islamist extremism.
Many say this is just "smoke and mirrors" and cannot be effective.
